Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription link inside your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to the plan until the end of the current paid period.
14-day consumer cancellation right
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. By starting to use the service immediately after subscribing (for example, generating a document), you acknowledge that we begin supplying the digital service before the 14-day period ends and that you lose the right to cancel for a full refund once the service has begun.
Pro-rata refunds
We do not generally offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle you keep access until the period ends and are not billed again.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you have been charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, email billing@lawimnotsure.com within 60 days and we will refund the disputed amount in full.
Service issues
If the service is materially unavailable for an extended period or fails to deliver documents you have paid for, contact us and we will issue an account credit or refund at our discretion.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
